Refund Policy

At Vanguard Cleaning, we take pride in the quality of our work and aim to deliver every service with care and professionalism. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please read our refund policy below.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service. We will gladly arrange a re-clean of the affected area free of charge.

2. Refunds for Cancellations

  • 24+ hours before service: Full refund or free rescheduling.

  • Less than 24 hours before service: 50% cancellation fee may apply.

  • No-show or denied access on arrival: No refund.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • Service was cancelled within the allowed timeframe

  • Payment was made in error or duplicated

  • Our team failed to show up without notice or rescheduling

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Issues not reported within 24 hours

  • Services already performed and approved

  • Situations where proper access or cleaning conditions were not provided

4. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been issued.
